February Favourites

I know, I know, I'm a little late on the ball for this favourites.. but i've been super busy with work. I think i'm turning into a little workaholic! Anywhere, on we go!

Okay so here has been my absolute favourites this month! In no particular order we have;
  • Pretty Edge Eyeshadow Palette by MUA
  • Hand Food by Soap and Glory
  • FAME by Lady Gaga Perfume
  • Vacation Time nail polish by Sinful Colors
  • Reckless Velvet Lip Laquer by MUA
  • #17 Rose in Tension lipstick by YSL
  • Collection Fast Stroke liquid eyeliner.
I think I could have included so much more, but I restricted myself and decided these have been my most reached for things this month.

Vacation Time by Sinful Colors

I have been loving this polish for a while now, but found myself wearing in more in February. As soon as I purchased it, I knew it was going to be a favourite. It feels like the perfect transition colour from dark winter nails to those summery ones now the weather is picking up a little. It's a warm pink toned brown and it looks gorgeous on and when I wear it to work it makes me feel professional! (I don't know why either, but it does)

FAME by Lady Gaga

When i first got this a few months after it's release date, I wasn't sure and then I got another bottle for Christmas just gone so now I have TWO! But over time, I really am liking this perfume - it's a really intriguing scent than is rather sexy and mysterious. I love it and have been wearing it a lot lately (as you can see since it's half gone! Atleast I have a back up bottle ready!) I won't say too much on this perfume as I have a full review coming soon!

#17 Rose in Tension Rouge Volupte Shine by Yves Saint Laurent

This was my first ever YSL lipstick and it quickly shot to my all-time favourite lipstick, ever! It's so comfortable and moisturizing to wear and it just feels so pretty! It's not too dark or bright, it's just that right tone to give my lips a beautiful pink shine. I have actually found myself wearing this a lot to work, which is surprising considering I swore to myself I'd never wear a super expensive/high end lipstick to work for fear of it getting damaged in my bag or using it up too quickly. But at the minute I'm loving and I might have to try and find a dupe so I don't need to carry it around in my bag all the time.

Hand Food by Soap and Glory

As regular readers know, I get dry hands because my work is very hands on and the air con dries your skin out terribly. So when I got a manicure set by Soap and Glory in the January sales for half price, I was a very happy lady. This stuff smells aboslutely divine and makes my hands feel so mositurzed and gorgeous, and really does help combat the dryness - I'll be honest and say this is the first thing from Soap and Glory I haved tried, and now I think once I have saved up some pennies, i'll be trying so more, especially since I have a coupon for a lipstick by them!

Pretty Edgy Eyeshadow Palette by MUA

I won't be saying too much about this palette as I have a full review coming up this week. But I spotted it on the off chance in Superdrug whilst on my break from work - I think it's a new palette, but i'm not sure. However, I haven't seen it before and the colours look gorgeous and definitely my type of palette and contains both mattes and shimmers - it obviously had to be mine!

You can see the full review this week!

Reckless Velvet Lip Laquer by MUA

I had a love/hate relationship with this when I first got it, but now I kind of love it! The formula and pigmentation is to die for - and being a red lip kind of girl, this really had me written all over it! MUA's black and gold packaging is definitely a winner in my books. It makes the product look so much more expensive than it's £3 price tag! I have been wearing my signature black eyeliner with a flick, lashings of mascara and Reckless for a beautiful classic Hollywood look, which is my all time favourite make-up look.

You can read my review of the full lip laquer range here.

Fast Stroke Liquid Eyeliner by Collection

This is my favourite eyeliner of all time. Fact.
I used to HATE liquid eyeliners with a passion and was an avid lover of kohl and pencil liners, then I discovered this eyeliner and mastered the technique of applying liquid eyeliner and perfecting the wing and now I refuse to use anything else. I can do my signature eyeliner with a wing in literally seconds thanks to this little beauty and it's lovely and precise so I can get smooth sharp lines. This eyeliner has also lasted me MONTHS. What a little gem!

What have you been loving this month?
